Something not working?

I'm a college counselor, not a programmer, and ELLIS is still a work in progress. I built ELLIS because I wanted to make good college essay coaching available to more students.

If something goes wrong, please let me know. I really do value your feedback; we all need to take criticism to get better. I'll do my best to fix the problem. I appreciate your patience!

Suggestions, complaints, compliments, and confusing experiences are welcome too.
